The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the performing of market research and public opinion polling activities (art. 6 para. 1 (a) of the Regulation), as well as the processing required to comply with the legal tax obligations (art. 6 para. 1 (c) of the Regulation).

 

 We hereby advise that the recipients of your personal data are, as the case may be, the employees / contractors / suppliers of our company and other authorized persons, as well as public institutions, police, hospitals etc. that may require this information.

 

We assure you that your personal data is protected by specific security measures and that it is not provided to or shared with other entities or companies (e.g. marketing companies, sales, etc.) for their use under any circumstances.

 

Your personal data will be stored for a limited period of time, i.e. the duration of the market research study or public opinion poll; in case of a dispute, until the dispute is settled; as required by the applicable law, for the duration we are required to store the financial documents in our accounting records and the company archive.

 

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, MIND THE GAP CONSULTANCY S.R.L. has signed a personal data protection service agreement with S.C. COPYRIGHT CONTROL CONSULTING S.R.L., respectively an external DPO.
